What is the Package Monitor?

Many of our package logging system clients, particularly those in some kind of housing, have asked for a more visual method of notifying their recipients when they have a package. They love the email and text notification that EZTrackIt’s package tracking software already provides, but would like to make absolutely sure that packages get picked up in a timely. This type of notification is particularly important for assisted living communities or any place that has residents who don’t use text or email for any reason. It is for those folks and others that we created and build the EZTrackIt Package Monitor.

The Package Monitor web page is designed to be shown to your recipients on an outward facing monitor or flat panel TV screen in the lobby or near the front desk. This display will show the number of packages waiting for those recipients and even show what they are. This display is constantly updated by our cloud based package logging system and allows your package recipients to know at a glance if they need to stop at the desk to pick something up.

The Package monitor has a clean and professional look that is designed to incorporate your property name and logo. It is also about as easy to use as you can get. Once you launch the page, you just continue to log the package in EZTrackIt’s package tracking software as you normally would and the Monitor will do the rest.
