We here at EZTrackIt hope that you had a wonderful holiday season and that you have had a little bit of time to relax before the students return from their winter break. So many packages come in during the month of December that it is often quite difficult to deal with them all. We, too, see those packages arriving like waves upon the shore. This wave, building on Monday and Tuesday, crashing on Friday and slowly retreating on Saturday, only to then disappear each Sunday. This cycle repeats every week, with some weeks having “higher tides” than others. This rhythm, steady and consistent is something that we here at EZTrackIt take time to study and learn from so that we may continue to improve our package logging software. What have we learned? Well for one thing, we know that as busy as the December package peak may be, it is still far less than the volume of the second semester student move-in.
