EZTrackIt Package Tracking Software Year in Review As we kick off 2013, we look forward to what is ahead for us this year. However, we also recognize that it is important to acknowledge all that we accomplished in 2012! With the daily grind, you don’t always get the chance to reflect on your achievements; At EZTrackIT, we took the time to do so, and we surprised even ourselves with the results!

Our Package Tracking Software Year in Review: 2012

2012 was a big year for EZTrackIt. We completely rebranded our package logging software under EZTrackIt; a brand chosen because it succinctly describes exactly what we do. Furthermore, we reskinned our interior pages on our website to make them more user friendly. Along with the new brand, we launched our blog, as well as our promotional video campaign. Our videos describe our package tracking system in a quick and quirky way. Our staff grew quite a bit last year, as we made additions to multiple departments. We created a whole new programming team for our package logging software. In addition, we tripled the sized of our sales staff to ensure that we could follow each and every one of our valuable leads. Finally, a full time support person (who isn’t Patrick) was also hired so we could continue to be there for all of our clients when they need us!

Speaking of Patrick, he was personally quite busy in 2012. Between launching the new brand, making new purchasing and hiring decisions and adding package tracking system features, Patrick had several speaking engagements and represented our package logging software company at ACUHO-I and NACUMS.

We also bolstered our system and operations with numerous improvements, including moving to a huge dedicated RackSpace server. We switched to a FreshBooks billing system to make payments easier for our clients. To send package tracking system notification text messages more quickly and easily, we switched to a dedicated SMS server. Lastly, we got our first 800 number to make it easier than ever to get in touch with us! With these improvements, and our dedicated staff, we were able to decrease package processing time by more than 80%.

As they say, we saved the best for last in this review! 2012 brought many package logging software feature additions and improvements for EZTrackIT, as we increased our development and new feature budget over fourfold. Here are just a few upgrades we made last year.

In the midst of all these changes, improvements and upgrades, we completed our crowning achievement of 2012 – logging our 3 Millionth Package!

Of course, we could not have made all of these strides in 2012 without our wonderful clients. Their encouragement and feedback inspire us to make continuing improvements to ensure that our package tracking systemmeets all of their needs . We’d like to thank all of our clients for their support in 2012 and we look forward to continuing to improve their package logging process in 2013.

As proud as we are of our package logging software, our staff and our accomplishments of 2012, we can’t wait to top them in 2013.
